Buyer's Rights, Shipping and Returns Policy

The Seller does not guarantee its customers the availability or delivery time of the products offered on its website, except for the products in which a specific guarantee is expressly cited. The catalog shown is merely indicative since manufacturers or distributors do not communicate stocks in advance or guarantee delivery times. This situation prevents the Seller from the possibility of accurately informing its customers about the availability of the products, as well as guaranteeing a specific delivery period that, in any case, will depend on the time it takes for the manufacturer or the distributor to supply the product.


Shipping options may vary based on delivery address, time of purchase, and item availability.

Possible delivery options:

  • Pick up in store - FREE

The person who comes to collect the order only needs to present the electronic ticket and an identification document.

  • Home delivery: At the time of processing the purchase, we will show the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of the order.


The Seller guarantees its customers the possibility of canceling their order at any time and at no cost as long as the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.

The client will have a period of fourteen days from the receipt of the order to resolve the contract and return the purchased product. The client will communicate to the Seller within the stipulated period and by any means admitted by law, his desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract. The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, if applicable, an invoice issued to the Seller, with the Buyer at the expense of the return.

The customer may return any item purchased from The Seller as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging. 

These are the options to return the product:

  • In our store: LA OTRA - Montcada, 1 - 08003 Barcelona. You only have to present the items you want to return along with the purchase receipt. 

  • From home: Shipping costs are borne by the buyer in case of withdrawal.


The refund will be made in the same form of payment that the customer has used for their purchase. You will receive the return confirmation by email once it has been made.

If a product other than the one requested by the customer were delivered by error of the Seller, it will be withdrawn and the correct product will be delivered at no additional charge to the buyer.
